This membership is available during the following months only. Tentative flavor profiles listed below, but all is dependent on the baker's whim and ingredient availability.

• JAN, FEB, MARCH: Think Key Lime Pie, Malted Chocolate Cream Pie, and old-school diner pie like Peanut Butter Pie! These months honor the small window of winter citrus and baker's whims until NC fruit comes into season. 

• APRIL, MAY, JUNE: Think strawberries, honeysuckle, rhubarb, cherry, plus herbs!

• JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER: Think peaches, blackberries, figs, raspberries, lemon verbena.
