MILK GLASS PIE
About
Our Story
Milk Glass Pie is a small batch enterprise that makes old-fashioned pies from scratch. From the foothills of Western North Carolina, baker Keia Mastrianni and a small team work with the seasons and local landscape using the best ingredients grown or produced by farmers, millers, and friends in the region.
Milk Glass Pie began in 2014 as a creative outlet and, frankly, a side hustle to a freelance writing career. What began as a small series of pop-ups grew into a bonafide business that aims to love people, love justice, build community, and make a damn fine pie.
Our Partners
Milk Glass Pie works with local farmers, millers, and craftspeople in the region to source the best ingredients possible. We can't do what we do without our community and we have big love for the folks who make it possible.
